The creators
Pita Ten, made by Madhouse Production, first started airing on japanese TV in April, 2002. There is a total of 26 episodes. You can buy the original Japanese DVDs from places such as CD Japan. The digital fansubs are available via irc or bittorrent. Pita Ten has been fansubbed by the following wonderful hard-working groups: Hikari no Kiseki, Spectre Anime and Animehaven and Animekeep. As far as I know, there has not been released any official US version of the Pita Ten anime yet.
